The treeletic satisfaction guarantee
You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days without any restrictions. We will cover the return costs for customers in Germany and send a return label. Customers from other countries bear the return costs themselves. We will process the return as quickly as possible and arrange a refund within 7 days.
If you would like to exchange the item, you can simply create a new order in our store and give us a short note in the corresponding field when ordering. You can also simply send us a message using our contact form.
