You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days. We cover the return shipping costs for customers in Germany and provide a return label for this purpose. Customers from other countries are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will process the return as quickly as possible and typically issue a refund within 7 days.

Please return the item in its original condition. You are, of course, welcome to try it on or test it briefly, just as you would in a store—but the item should not show any signs of use.

If you'd like to exchange the item, simply place a new order in our shop and leave a brief note in the appropriate field. You can also just send us a message using ourcontact form.
