Right of withdrawal

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter):

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer).

We will issue a refund immediately and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever occurs first.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process your refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14 days have expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the merchandise.

Returning the merchandise

Please notify us of your return in advance at info@treeletic.de, if possible, so that we can process it more quickly.

For returns within Germany, we'll be happy to provide you with a return label upon request. Please note that used items or items showing signs of use cannot be returned.

For returns from other countries, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Damage and Claims

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

If an item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@treeletic.de. We'll work together to find a suitable solution.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following exceptions provided for by law are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in particular:

• custom-made or personalized products

• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal was removed after delivery

• Gift Certificates

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a separate order for the product you want.

Refunds

As soon as we receive your return, we'll process it as quickly as possible.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that banks, credit card companies, or payment service providers may require additional time to process the refund.
