If you've ever done fascia training before, you might notice that the cork roller feels a little firmer at first.
We recommend that you work with a little less body weight (for example, by supporting yourself). However, the firmness allows you to train much more effectively with the roller, and you’ll notice significant improvements. You can then gradually adjust the pressure to tailor your workout to your individual needs.
