Tips for your home workout
Social distancing, self-quarantine and closed gyms make it difficult to stay active. We would like to give you a few suggestions on why this is important right now and how you can make your workout at home more enjoyable.

Many of our daily routines are currently restricted, so it is sometimes difficult to find the motivation. And sport is more fun together, whether it's in a club, at the gym or running.
Prioritize your workout
Procrastination, constant postponing, is also a danger when training. If we don't have someone to train with at a fixed time, we quickly find a reason to do something else. Keep in mind that working out is good for you and set fixed dates for it and stick to them.
Create a training plan
Instead of just doing something or getting fitter, make a precise plan. For example, do a workout for a specific part of your body every 2nd day or work specifically on improving your flexibility.
Try something new
Have you always wanted to do targeted training for your mobility or HIT (high intensity training)? Watch a free video or try out one of the many fitness apps. Most apps have a free trial period. Maybe you'll find something new that inspires you.
Set yourself goals
If you set yourself fixed goals, you will avoid boredom during your workout. The training effect will help you get in better shape and have more fun during your workout. Stay realistic and set goals that you can achieve. This will ensure that you stay motivated.
Create a pleasant ambience
Listen to an interesting podcast or play your favorite playlist while you train. Be mindful during training and take breaks. Also pay attention to your breathing.
Talk about it with friends
Exchange ideas and inspire your friends. Maybe you can achieve a fitness goal together? If others join in, you can push each other.
Get out into the fresh air
Even if you are now doing regular home workouts, get outside as often as possible, go for a walk, jog or cycle. Especially now, sunlight and fresh air are important for our immune system.
Reward yourself
Admittedly, at the moment we are certainly frustrated at times because we can't do our sport as usual. However, with a well-planned home workout, we can find exercises that not only keep us fit but are also fun. Prepare a smoothie after your workout or call a friend or family member. It's okay to indulge in a little sin, it's not only motivating, you've also earned it.
