During your workouts, you will immediately feel how comfortable cork is on your skin. Cork is also hypoallergenic, vegan and non-slip.
If you have done fascia training before, you may notice that the cork roller is a little harder at first.
We then recommend that you work with a little less body weight (for example by supporting yourself). However, the hardness allows you to train much more effectively with the roller and you will notice significant improvements. You can then gradually adjust the pressure so that you can train individually.
With the fascia and duo ball, you can train areas of the body that are difficult to reach, such as the lumbar vertebrae or arm areas. Our spine roller is ideal for the spine area.
The fascia roll is mainly used to train the legs and back. In principle, however, all areas of the body such as arms, feet, neck, armpits etc. can be treated with the fascia roll. This loosens adhesions in the fascia and stimulates blood circulation.
