If you've ever done fascia training before, you might notice that the cork roller feels a bit firmer at first.
We recommend that you start by using a little less body weight (for example, by supporting yourself). However, the firmness of the roller allows you to train much more effectively, and you’ll notice significant improvements. You can then gradually adjust the pressure to tailor your workout to your individual needs.
With the Fascia Ball and Duo Ball, you can target hard-to-reach areas of the body, such as the lower back or arms. Our Spine Roller is ideal for the spine.
