The treeletic parallel bars allow for a wide variety of exercises, such as:
• Elevated push-ups (more effective training and easier on the wrists)

We offer the parallel bars in two different sizes. The standard size already allows for a wide variety of exercises. The XL size offers greater freedom of movement.
As with any workout, be sure to warm up properly, paying special attention to your wrists. During the exercises, your wrists should not bend, and the load should be distributed evenly between your shoulders and wrists.
