With treeletic's parallettes, you can do a wide variety of exercises, such as:
• Elevated push-ups (more effective workout and easier on the wrists)
• Reverse push-ups
• Handstand
• L-sit
• Yoga Crow Pose
• Transitions
We offer the parallel bars in two different sizes. The standard size already allows for a wide variety of exercises. The XL size offers more options in terms of range of motion.
As with any workout, be sure to do a targeted warm-up, especially for your wrists. During the exercises, your wrists should not bend, and the load should be distributed evenly between your shoulders and wrists.
