A variety of exercises are possible with the parallettes from treeletic, such as:
• Increased push-ups (more effective training and protection of the wrists)
• Reverse push ups
• Handstand
• L-seat
•Yoga Crow Pose

We offer the Parrallettes in two different versions. A variety of exercises are already possible in the standard size. The XL size offers more freedom of movement.
As with any workout, pay attention to a targeted whyup, especially the wrists. During the exercises, the wrists should not bend and the load should be evenly distributed over the shoulders and wrists.
