The Parallettes from treeletic can be used for a variety of exercises, such as:
- raised push-ups (more effective training and easier on the wrists)
- reverse push-ups
- handstand
- L-sit
- yoga crow pose
- transitions
We offer the Parrallettes in two different versions. The standard size already allows a wide range of exercises. The XL size offers more options in terms of freedom of movement.
As with every workout, make sure you do a targeted warm-up, especially of the wrists. During the exercises, the wrists should not bend and the load should be evenly distributed between the shoulders and wrists.
